No, not only. We host WordPress happily, but we also host Node.js, Python, static sites, Docker containers, and custom stacks. WordPress is one option, not the whole product.
What is the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter at $15 a month suits most small to medium sites: one site, SSL, backups, monitoring. Pro at $35 a month adds more resources, a staging environment, and priority support. Beyond that we quote custom.
Do you charge for migrations?
Simple migrations are free with an annual plan. Complex multi-site or custom-stack migrations are quoted separately, and we tell you the cost before we start.
Where are the servers located?
Primarily Sydney and other Australian data centres. We can also deploy in other regions if your audience is elsewhere.
What happens if my site gets a traffic spike?
We monitor and scale resources where the plan allows. If you are regularly hitting limits, we will tell you before it becomes a problem and recommend the right upgrade.
