Hosting Plans

If you are not satisfied with your hosting service within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, you can cancel at any time and service continues until the end of your current billing period. No lock-in contracts.

Custom Work

Custom projects (web design, app development, tech services) are quoted before work begins. Once work commences, deposits and agreed milestones are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with the work, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue fairly.

Members Portal Access

The Members Portal Access product is free. There is no charge to refund. You can deactivate your account at any time.

How to Request a Refund

Email mzilsystems@gmail.com or message @Mitchoxius on Telegram with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

Domain registration fees, third-party services purchased on your behalf, and work already completed and delivered are not refundable.
