The terms under which MzilSystems provides hosting, design, and tech services. Plain English, no hidden clauses.
1. Services
MzilSystems provides web design, app development, hosting, tech services, game server hosting, and custom solutions as described on this website. The scope of each service is confirmed in a written quote or order confirmation before work begins.
2. Hosting Plans
Hosting plans include the resources listed on the product page. Resources are allocated to your workload and are not shared with other customers. We monitor services and perform scheduled backups, but no uptime guarantee is absolute. Service-level agreements (SLAs) are available on custom plans.
3. Custom Work
Custom projects (web design, app development, tech services) are scoped after a consultation. You receive a plain-English quote with timeline and cost. Work begins after written approval. Changes to scope are quoted separately.
4. Payment
Hosting plans are billed monthly or annually as shown at checkout. Custom work is billed per the agreed quote. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
5. Refunds
Hosting plans can be cancelled at any time. Refunds for unused prepaid periods are provided at our discretion. Custom work is non-refundable once commenced, but we will work with you to resolve any concerns. See our Refund Policy page for details.
6. Your Responsibilities
You agree not to use MzilSystems services for illegal activity, spam, malware hosting, or activities that violate Australian law. You are responsible for your content, data, and account credentials.
7. Data & Privacy
We do not sell customer data. Your data is used to provide the requested service. We use SSL, access controls, and backups. You retain ownership of your content. See our Privacy Policy page for details.
8. Service Interruptions
We monitor infrastructure and work to resolve issues quickly. We communicate material incidents honestly. We are not liable for losses caused by factors outside our control (upstream provider outages, network issues, force majeure).
9. cancellations
You can cancel any plan at any time without penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Contact us via email or Telegram to cancel.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our services evolve. Material changes will be communicated to active customers. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
